Selection of the bid submitted by the Company Izostal S.A., as the most advantageous one for the supply of coated steel pipes DN700 to O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
With reference to current report no. 2/2024 of January 15, 2024, the Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company, Contractor) hereby informs that on January 29, 2024 it learned that Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz-System S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (Contracting Authority) selected the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. as the most advantageous one in Part 1 of the proceedings for the award of a public procurement contract for the supply of insulated steel DN700 pipes with a length of approx. 16 km for the investment task entitled: " Supply of steel pipes for the construction of the DN700 MOP 8.4 MPa Wężerów - Przewóz gas pipeline with associated infrastructure (proceedings divided into 4 parts)".

The value of the offer submitted by the Company for part 1 of the aforementioned investment task is PLN 31.2 million net, which is PLN 38.4 million gross. The criterion for the selection of the most advantageous offer by the Ordering Party was the total gross price of the offer - weight of 95%, and the origin of the product - weight of 5%.

The Terms of Reference provide for deliveries to be made between August 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024.

The Company will inform about concluding the contract with O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. for the project in question in a separate current report.
 
The subject contract will constitute a Partial Contract under the concluded Framework Contract, of which the Company informed in current report no. 24/2022 of September 30, 2022.
