Selection of the bid submitted by the consortium comprising of: Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader) and Stalprofil S.A., as the most favourable one for the supply of coated steel pipes DN 1000 to O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
In connection to the current report no. 7/2018 of February 20, 2018 the Management Board of Izostal S.A. (the Company, the Contractor) informs that on March 1, 2018 was informed that the Gas Transmission Operator Gaz-System S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the Orderer) selected the bid submitted by the Company Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader comprising of: Izostal S.A. and Stalprofil S.A.) as the most beneficial in a public offering procedure for supplying coated steel pipes for the investment task performed by O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. – DN 1000 Pogórska Wola - Tworzeń – order number 1 Gas Pipeline with length of ca. 41 km.

The value of the offer submitted by the Company is 70.901 thousand PLN net, which represents 87.208 thousand PLN gross. The terms sheet provides for the realization of deliveries in the period from 1 September 2018 to 31 January 2019.

The Company will publish a separate current report with information on the conclusion of the contract with O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.

Said contract will be a partial one under the framework contract of which the Company informed in its current report no. 15/2015 of April 17, 2015.
