Selection of the bid submitted by the Consortium comprising of: Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader), Ferrum S.A. (Consortium Partner) and Stalprofil S.A. (Consortium Partner), as the most favourable one for the supply of coated steel pipes DN1000 to O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
In connection to the current report no. 16/2021 of June 11, 2021 the Management Board of Izostal S.A. (the Company, the Contractor) informs that on July 22, 2021 was informed that the Gas Transmission Operator Gaz-System S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the Orderer) selected the bid submitted by the Consortium comprising of: Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader), Ferrum S.A. (Consortium Partner) and Stalprofil S.A. (Consortium Partner) as the most beneficial in the public procurement procedure conducted in an open tender mode for the performance of the task entitled: "Delivery of coated steel pipes for the needs of the Gustorzyn - Wronów and Dolna Odra Gas Pipeline order No. 2", proceedings number: ZP/2021/04/0046/PZ, Part no. 1.

The value of the offer submitted by the Consortium is PLN 186.4 million net, which represents PLN 229.3 million gross.

The procedure's terms of reference provide for the supply of DN1000 diameter coated steel pipes with a total length of approximately 79 km in the period from May 15, 2022 to October 31, 2022.

The Company will publish a separate current report with information on the conclusion of the contract with O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.
