SUBJECT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. request concerning paying a dividend for 2013.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
On 20.03.2014 the Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) passed a resolution concerning an offer of sharing net profit earned in 2013 (including an offer of dividend payment to the Company’s shareholders) deciding that submission is handed over to Ordinary General Meeting. The Management Board of Izostal S.A. suggests allocating the sum of PLN 3.929.280,00 for the Company’s shareholders which gives a dividend of PLN 0,12 for each share. The suggestion says that all shares issued by the Company in the amount of 32.744.000 are included in the dividend. The Management Board of Izostal S.A. proposes to Ordinary General Meeting that the date of establishing cum coupon should be determined on August 12, 2014, whereas payment date should be on September 1, 2014.

Specific legal basis: §38 clause 1 item 11 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259, as amended).
