The selection of Izostal S.A. offer as one of the most beneficial in a procedure aimed at the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the delivery of casing and extraction pipes including accessories, for the needs of drillings performed by PGNiG S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
On December 29, 2017, the Management of Izostal S.A. (Company) has learned on the selection by Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (PGNiG S.A.) established in Warsaw of an offer of Izostal S.A., being one of the most beneficial in a procedure aimed at concluding a Framework Agreement in unlimited tender mode, entitled: „Delivery of casing and extraction pipes along with hardware, for the needs of drillings performed by PGNiG S.A. - case reference: ZP/PGNG/17/0085/GE/DWR” for parts from 1 to 9 and 12.

The subject of the procurements made under the Framework Agreement will be delivery of brand new casing and extraction pipes including hardware (i.e. pipe joints) for the needs of drillings performed by PGNiG S.A.

The total value of the orders processed under the Framework Agreement must not exceed EUR 19 399 thou. net, which, according to the Polish National Bank rate of conversation announced on December 29, 2017, equals to PLN 80 911 thou.

The Framework Agreement will be concluded for a period of 24 months from the date of its signing.

The Company will notify on the concluding of the Framework Agreement and its material terms through a separate current report.

The Company Management deems the aforementioned agreement to be significant due to its high value. The performance of the agreement may result in an increase in the Company's income.
