Information about submission of winning bid for supply of DN500 and DN300 coated steel pipes for O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. by a Consortium composed of: Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader) and Ferrum S.A. (Consortium Partner)

REPORT CONTENTS:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. hereby informs that on June 11, 2021 it became aware of the result of opening by Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz-System S.A. (Ordering Party) of the bids submitted in the public procurement procedure conducted in an open tender mode for the execution of the task entitled: "Delivery of coated steel pipes DN500 and DN300 for the project "Connection to the transmission grid of EC Czechnica - in the city of Siechnice" Procedure number: ZP/2021/04/0048/WRO.

According to information made available on the Purchasing Platform of O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A., at https://gazsystem.eb2b.com.pl, the offer submitted by the Consortium consisting of: Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader) and Ferrum S.A. (Consortium Partner) worth PLN 13.6 million net (PLN 16.7 million gross) was the most favourable one. The criterion for selection of the most favourable bid by the Ordering Party was the total gross bid price - weighting of 100%.

The procedure's terms of reference provide for the delivery of coated externally and internally painted DN500 steel pipes with a length of approximately 5 km and DN300 with a length of approximately 7 km. The order will be executed within 18 weeks from the date of concluding the Agreement.

The Company will inform about the official selection of the above bid as the most favourable one and about the signing of the agreement with the Ordering Party in a separate current report.
