Information on the submission of the most advantageous offer for the delivery of DN700 coated steel pipes under a framework agreement concluded with O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.

REPORT CONTENTS:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. hereby informs that on January 15, 2024, it became aware of the result of opening by Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz-System S.A. (Contracting Authority) of the offers submitted in the proceedings for the award of a public contract for the investment task entitled: "Supply of steel pipes for the construction of the DN700 MOP 8.4 MPa Wężerów - Przewóz gas pipeline with associated infrastructure (proceedings divided into 4 parts)", proceedings no: ZP/2023/11/0108/PZ. This proceeding was conducted under the Framework Agreement, which the Company announced in current report No. 24/2022 of 30 September 2022.

According to the information made available on the O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. Purchasing Platform, the offer submitted by Izostal S.A. for part 1 of the aforementioned investment task, with a net value of PLN 31.2 million, which is PLN 38.4 million gross, proved to be the most advantageous.

The procedure's terms of reference provide for the supply of DN700 diameter coated steel pipes with a total length of approximately 16 km in the period from August 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

The Company will inform about receipt of official information on the selection of the offer of Izostal S.A. as the most favourable one in a separate current report.
